Tonometry and Tonography

In this session we will discuss tonometry and tonography.  Some of each are ancient history, others for the future.  Despite years of technological developments, we are unable to non-invasively measure intraocular pressure with high precision using clinically available devices.

Articles and a slide setare attached.  Consider the articles suggested reading and the slide set a syllabus.  This session will be an interactive discussion.  No slides will be shown.

Please read the AAO BCSC portion on tonometry and tonography as well.  If you're feeling really industrious, read the section on tonometry and tonography in Chandler and Grant's Glaucoma.
