Dr. Stephen Badylak & Dr Peter Crapo will be the guest speakers at the upcoming Fox Center for Vision Restoration lecture at noon on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 in the Eye & Ear Boardroom, 5th floor, Eye & Ear Institute.

They will present  "A regenerative medicine approach for optic nerve reconstruction using biologic scaffold materials" Dr Badylak is Professor in the Department of Surgery at Pitt as well as Deputy Director of the McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine and Director of the McGowan Center for Preclinical Studies. Dr Crapo is the Ocular Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Ophthalmology (OTERO) Fellow working within the Badylak lab.
