We will cover two papers in this journal club.  They are attached. I've assigned a group of first year residents to each paper.  Decide amongst yourselves how you'd like to assign responsibilities, but one person in each group should present the assigned paper.  The group should critically discuss the methodology, results and discussion.  Some of the questions (but not all!) that you will want to address follow: What are the key points of the paper?  What are the strong points and shortcomings of the study? How could it be improved? Do the conclusions follow from the results?
