Dr. Robbins  will present,“Effecting Blindness: A 360o Research Program for Retinopathy of Prematurity",  at the UPMC Eye Center on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 5:30 pm in the EEI Boardroom 520. 

Dr. Robbins is a Pediatric Ophthalmologist and Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Diego.
